I have been learning about language features during literacy. The way we have been doing this is by reading and understanding poems.

Some of the features that we identified in the poems are metaphors,verbs, adjectives, and onomatopoeia. 

I found it easy to find some of the metaphors in the poem.

I found it hard to discuss my poem with others in the class.

I really enjoyed reading the poem.

Next time I need to discuss more with my class mates.

I found it easy to find metaphors in the sentences.

I found it hard to find different metaphors.

I really enjoyed designing my work because I had lots of ideas for my work.

Next time I need to get faster at doing my work.

We were learning about our digital pepeha. 

I found it easy to make the shapes.

I found it hard to remember my pepeha.

I really enjoyed discussing my pepeha with my friend.

Next time I need to practice saying it more so I remember it.
